Portland is a great place to visit and it always has so much going on. For those of you who are coming from out of town Kyle and I thought it would be good to give a few recommendations of what you might be interesting in check out.

Founded in late 1892, the Portland Art Museum is the seventh oldest museum in the US and the oldest in the Pacific Northwest.  The museum is internationally-recognized for its permanent collection and ambitious special exhibitions, drawn from the museum’s holding and world’s finest collection. The permanent collection of more than 42,000 objects, displayed in 112,000 square-feet of galleries, reflection the history of art from ancient ties of today.  The museum is located in the heart of downtown’s cultural district

International Rose Test Garden

Visit one of the largest and oldest rose test gardens in the country- for free. The international rose test garden, just minutes from downtown Portland in Washington Park, has over 8,000 rose bushes, spectacular views of the city, and onsite Rose Garden Gift Shop. Cannon Beach
